However, a car is not necessary as the beach, shops, the "budello" promenade, and public transport are all within easy walking distance. The beach is just 150 metres away, and a tennis court is about a 5-minute walk. One pet is allowed, available for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
