The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. Amenities include air conditioning, television, washing machine, and an elevator for easy access to the apartment. Triple-glazed windows ensure a quiet environment, and the property is located in a peaceful area right in the city center. Step out onto the 2 private balconies, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and surrounding views. Street parking is available. However, a car is not necessary as the beach, shops, the "budello" promenade, and public transport are all within easy walking distance. The beach is just 150 metres away, and a tennis court is about a 5-minute walk. One pet is allowed, available for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
